Join us for the fourth annual Funkraiser!

When: Friday, November 6, from 7-11 p.m.

Where: The Grand Rapids African American Museum & Archives (GRAAMA)
41 Sheldon Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

We walk with students from sixth grade through graduation and beyond, from classroom storytelling to paid summer work in the creative industry. And the results speak for themselves:

“Seeing my creative vision come to life through the social media assignment felt incredible. It was like I could finally express something through my own eyes.” — Maya, 10th grade

Help us keep that momentum going. Every dollar from this fun and funky night benefits the Mosaic Film Experience. The Funkraiser is a purple-themed dance party and an ode to some of music’s most innovative artists.

We’ll be joined by special guests, including national creative industry trailblazers and local industry leaders. We hope you’ll be there with us!
