Vote for the Rick Wilson Memorial Award
It's time for you to decide who takes home the coveted Rick Wilson Memorial Award! The Rick Wilson Memorial Award is determined entirely by public vote. The winning filmmaker(s) will receive $250. You have until October 31 to cast your vote.
The Rick Wilson Memorial Award honors the late Rick Wilson, an Emmy Award-winning journalist, storyteller, and a leading advocate for equity, inclusion, and diversity. A key member of the inaugural Mosaic Film Experience team, Rick was always eager to support students in sharing their stories and amplifying their voices.
Though we lost Rick in 2013, his influence endures in our hearts and conversations. This award celebrates his life and legacy. As you vote for these films, we encourage you to embody Rick’s spirit: recognize students who create something great, change lives, inspire community, take bold risks, and, most importantly, have fun.
