Mosaic Film Experience Appoints New Development Manager
The Mosaic Film Experience today announced the appointment of Christine Mwangi Enetak as Development Manager. Christine brings a more than a decade of experience in philanthropy, leadership, and equity-centered initiatives, further strengthening the organization’s mission to empower underrepresented youth through digital media storytelling.
“Christine brings exceptional leadership and a deep passion for equity in education and development. Her commitment to uplifting underrepresented communities perfectly aligns with the values of Mosaic, and we are excited for the future of the organization with her on board,” said Skot Welch, Founder and President, Mosaic Film Experience.
Christine is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and Principal Consultant at Grounded in Equity, LLC, a boutique fundraising and grant strategy consulting agency. Her career, spanning over a decade, reflects a deep commitment to promoting sustainable fund development strategies for nonprofits across diverse sectors. Christine’s work aligns closely with the vision of the Mosaic Film Experience, which aims to break down barriers to creative careers for young people, regardless of economic status, race, gender, or geographic location.
“I am thrilled to join the Mosaic Film Experience and support their mission of using the power of digital storytelling as a tool for learning and empowerment,” said Enetak. “It’s an honor to help shape opportunities for youth who may not otherwise have access to creative career pathways, and I look forward to working with the talented team at Mosaic.”
The Mosaic Film Experience continues to inspire youth through programs such as its annual Mosaic Event, the Mosaic Mobile Film Competition, and the year-round Career Pathways education program. These initiatives create hands-on opportunities for students to explore digital storytelling, develop critical thinking skills, and gain exposure to emerging creative careers.
